      Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Conduct outbound calls to staffing companies to promote OptimHire’s services and book demonstrations with key decision-makers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Execute a high volume of calls (250-300 calls per day) to achieve daily targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Engage with prospects effectively to identify their needs and demonstrate how OptimHire can address their hiring challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Generation of valued Leads via different sources for booking demonstrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for booking demonstrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer insights, and potential opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the staffing industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Comfortable working in US shift timings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
