Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Development of new analog physical design architectures taking into account DfM and ESD requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implementation of physical design based on schematic design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Verification of the physical design (with automated test benches).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tool-supported layout extraction for post-layout verification (parasitics, I\/R drop, current analysis, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implementation of test chips (physical design).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cooperation and support regarding top-level integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • A completed degree in electrical engineering, communication electronics, or a comparable qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of ‘full custom physical design’.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge in the area of I\/O interfaces, especially in the area of special requirements such as ESD in physical design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fluent written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Basic SoC Architecture and HDL languages like Verilog to be able with a logic design team for timing fixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • DFT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Full design cycle from RTL to GDSII<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
