    Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the Indian and US markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong experience in HR tech or SaaS-based companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong understanding of the Indian and US markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Demonstrated stability with a minimum of 3 years in each previous company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
