      Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Indian and US markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong experience in HR tech or SaaS-based companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong understanding of the Indian and US markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Demonstrated stability with a minimum of 3 years in each previous company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
