In this role, you will work with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to own your respective product end to end. Successful candidates will have shown the ability to ship a quality product in a fast-paced environment. It is particularly important that you have experience working directly with engineers and engineering management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What would you be doing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Ownership of one of Plivo\u2019s products to define a long-term roadmap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Managing the product backlog and prioritizing product stories in engineering sprints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Working closely with the engineering teams on new features and critical bugs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Internal and External stakeholder management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Roadmap definition and execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\">Product training programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Product Quality:<\/strong> Bugs, Uptime, Stability, Test Process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Product Development: <\/strong>User experience, New features, and enhancements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>P&amp;L: <\/strong>Pricing, Packaging, Margins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Sustainability: <\/strong>Enabling Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering &amp; Customer Success teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who would be the right fit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"jusfy\">At least 5 years of overall experience and must have worked in the capacity of Product Manager for at least 2+ years Software development background is required Experience working with REST APIs is a bonus Experience with stakeholders and customer management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Programming languages: <\/strong>Python (Django, Celery, Flask,\u2026), Golang (Echo, \u2026), Java, C, Javascript &amp; React<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Cloud provider:<\/strong> 100% hosted on AWS, managed via Terraform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Architecture: <\/strong>Microservices + Docker + ECS + Consul, hosted in 7 different AWS regions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Database\/NoSQL: <\/strong>Postgresql, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Redshift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>CI\/CD: <\/strong>Github + Jenkins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Telecom technologies:<\/strong> SIP\/RTP, WebRTC, SMS, MMS, \u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"jusfy\"><strong>Team org: <\/strong>two-pizzas team with one hands-on Engineering Manager and one Product Manager for each product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interview Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"jusfy\">Opportunity to catch up with Interesting people during the interview process.
