Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Design and develop Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Customize and extend Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) functionalities to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize the performance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications to ensure fast loading times and excellent user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development.
• Proficient in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., JSP, servlets, Spring).
• Experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adobe certification in AEM is a plus.
