Requirement
- Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication to meet client expectations.
- Team Leadership – Lead and supervise site/field teams, ensuring motivation and alignment with project goals. Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth execution.
- Project Planning and Execution – Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, scopes, and budget estimations. Ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
- Analytical Monitoring – Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions. Adapt scope, timelines, and costs as necessary.
- Customer Interaction – Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring needs are met and issues resolved promptly. Maintain high standards of service delivery.
- SLA Maintenance – Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) according to client requirements.
- Budget Management – Accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets to ensure financial viability.
- IT Systems Management – Oversee the integration and management of IT systems related to the project. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Field Management Services – Propose and manage field management services, including maintenance of DCUs and addressing power supply breakdowns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field (PGDM/MBA a plus).
- 3-7 years of experience in smart metering, utilities, or distribution grids with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling project
- Proven experience in customer management, site/field team supervision, and involvement in AMI projects, EPC projects, SLA maintenance, project cost calculation, and IT system management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action.
- High level of ownership and a commitment to achieving project goals.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and IT teams to meet client requirements and maintain SLA.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
