Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a proactive approach to driving revenue through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements with clients to maximize profits.
  • Track and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.
  • Experience in SaaS product sales
