What you’ll work on

Lead and mentor a team of developers in building highly scalable backend services and API’s.

Full Stack Developer

• Lead 2 Innovate and experiment with new ideas to enhance service efficiency and user experience.
• Develop robust, low-latency, high-availability, and scalable code, with a focus on user experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in System Layered Services, including Virtualisation, Network Management, and core OS Technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on leading teams.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of git and CI/CD. Proven experience with Microservices and Rest APIs.
• In-depth experience with competitive programming, and DSA/Graph Algorithms.
• Expertise in common design patterns with event-driven/async programming.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and NestJS. Proficient in fundamental front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elastic-search.

Full Stack Developer

• Lead 3 Experience with socket programming, TCP, WebRTC protocols, and Message brokers (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in technical decision-making and drive the overall architecture of the Cloud Gaming Platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices and coding standards are maintained.
