Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer responsible for creating and enhancing web applications according to the company’s specifications. As the role considers user experience and function, a certain level of graphic design and computer programming is necessary. To be successful in this position, you will be required to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices in software development. You must have a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and experience in the latest web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Writing clean, well-designed code that is scalable, maintainable, and testable
• Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and related libraries
• Working with MongoDB to design and maintain database schemas and models
• Ensuring high performance and availability of web applications
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in the application
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development and the MERN stack specifically
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of best practices for the team

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a full stack developer using the MERN stack with a minimum relevant experience of 2 years
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB
• Experience in React Native will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud-based infrastructure
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• B.Tech/B.E in Computers/BCA/MCA
