Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to staffing companies to promote OptimHire’s services and book demonstrations with key decision-makers.
  • Execute a high volume of calls (250-300 calls per day) to achieve daily targets.
  • Engage with prospects effectively to identify their needs and demonstrate how OptimHire can address their hiring challenges.
  • Generation of valued Leads via different sources for booking demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for booking demonstrations.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer insights, and potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working in US shift timings.

Must have

  • Seeking contractors with
    • A laptop featuring robust configuration for optimal performance.
    • Consistent internet access with high bandwidth to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Comfortable with US shift timings
    • Availability during either 8 PM to 5 AM or 7 PM to 4 AM, adaptable to daylight saving adjustments.
  • Experience prerequisites
    • Minimum of 2 years in US sales.
    • Proficiency in working within the US shift schedule

Good to have

  • Good to have a US staffing background, but NOT into Bench sales.
