Key Responsibilities

• Use Infrastructure as a Code tool for infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• Design, build, and maintain environments using containers or virtualization in Private Cloud/On-Prem infrastructure;
• Execute Infrastructure deployment for the CI/CD pipeline;
• Develop the monitoring of infrastructure and mechanisms for automated call-outs;
• Develop and maintain the application monitoring through counters, API, and log parsers;
• Develop and maintain application performance monitoring dashboards;

Key skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Linux fundamentals (LAMP, networking, standard services);
• Good to know scripting (Python / Perl/ PowerShell/ Bash, etc);
• Container management and orchestration using Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Experience with CI/CD solutions like Jenkins
• Experience with Infrastructure deployment toolkit: Terraform, Chef, Ansible;
• Understanding of web applications architectures and knowledge of standard Web Servers (Apache, Nginx);
• Performance monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, APM;
• Understanding of a CI/CD pipeline and micro-services concepts;
• Security concepts and practices to maintain the infrastructure environment;
• Experience in a dev and support organization.
