Job Description
- Creates, develops, plans writes, and edits operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures, including user manuals, videos, guides, and tutorials, for paper, multimedia, or web-based publication.
- Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.
- Researches, Operates, and tests hardware /software and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users. Uses in-depth technical or scientific knowledge and product expertise to resolve support issues. May interact directly with customers.
- Understands and follows Agile Development environment. Serve as a customer advocate by reviewing user interfaces, representing the end-user in design discussions, and consulting with other organizational functions on matters of importance relating to whole-product usability.
- Develop Standards and Procedures for a consistent and improved customer experience. May document engineering processes and specifications

Responsibilities
- Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. Produces products that conform to regulatory compliance standards and Keysight documentation and quality assurance standards.
- Determines and develops approaches to complex technical writing assignments
- Leads technical writing-related projects using in-depth experience to influence results
- Solves complex, high-impact problems contributing to the growth strategy.
- Completely Autonomous and technically supports the team
- Suggests innovative ideas to drive Technical Publications Organization. Technically implement or prototype the same
- Learns and Analyzes different Tech tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
- College-level coursework in Technical Writing, or equivalent
- Requires extensive experience and knowledge in the job and ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused and possess good knowledge of Product and domain
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly, concisely, and accurately, using proper English grammar, and in a manner appropriate to the audience, including the development of supporting illustrations as necessary.
- Knowledge of Technical Publication Techniques like Single-Sourcing, Conditional Publishing, Topic-based writing, and Agile writing
- Proven track record of innovation & solving problems in unknown areas.
- Ability to organize technical information for print documentation and online help.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and handle multiple complex projects
- Willingness to learn.
