Job Description

Back-end developers ensure the website performs correctly, focusing on databases, back-end logic, application programming interface (APIs), architecture, and servers. They use code that helps browsers communicate with databases, and store, understand, and delete data. Their primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the appropriate approach for new software assignments.
• Provide solutions to overcome complex problems using the latest tech stack.
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs, Identifying, prioritizing, and executing tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Proactively communicate with the client and team to get things done within the Deadline.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Provide high-level maintenance and update of an existing application to improve functionality and process flow
• Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of applications as architecture, code, and procedures.
• Collaborating with the team to integrate user-facing elements with client-side and server-side logic.
• Implementation of security and data protection measures.
• Leading the architectural and design aspects.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Act as a mentor to fellow Engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team’s continued growth and improvement.
• Mitigate developer blockers and contribute to code review processes.

Skills Required

• 7+ Experience in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Hands-on expertise in REST, MySQL/PostgreSQL, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Should have good knowledge & Experience in Microservice Architecture.
• Understanding of data security principles.
• Good to have knowledge on front-end technologies.
• A Team player with Good time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving aptitude, and code debugging skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in any Cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure.
