Frontend Lead are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

• Ensuring user experience determines design choices. Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.Building reusable code for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to design and contribute to core product initiatives.
• Produce “clean” and well-structured code, with detailed specifications. This means that your code is commented, well structured, readable, and comes with documentation; Implement a “pixel perfect” design as delivered by our designers that works across different browsers, according to specifications provided to maintain code quality, organization, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Effectively communicate development progress or blockers to the product lead, engineering manager, and other stakeholders.

Skills Required

• Experience in frontend Lead minimum 7+ years exp. developing large-scale applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university in Engineering, Computer Science.
• Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• Recoil and Redux for state management.
• Multi-device and browser testing experience (across mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Ability to convert website PSD into Responsive design.
• A person with good knowledge of Designing Web Layouts.
• A Team player with Good time-management skills.Fast development and turnaround time.
• Perfection and detailing to work is a must.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
