We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development, particularly in mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies, and have hands-on experience as a developer. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality mobile and web applications within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, technical feasibility checks, and risk assessments.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and track progress.

Technical Expertise

• Leverage your background as a developer to provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Assist in architectural decisions, code reviews, and problem-solving.
• Ensure that the technical solutions align with project goals and industry best practices.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Quality Assurance

• Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices.
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts to deliver a bug-free product.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.

Communication

• Maintain clear and open communication channels with stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making among team members.

Budget and Resource Management

• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships if applicable.

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lessons learned to enhance future project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in mobile and web application development.
• Hands-on experience as a developer in mobile and web technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in software development.
• Hindi speaking added advantage.
