Where you come in
If you are a master of the written word with a passion for innovative technology and an innate talent for creating technical narratives, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Technical Writer at TenXer Labs. The ideal candidate will create and write various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, and other technical documentation. The role requires the person to become the subject matter expert for our labs. This is achieved through being a part of the setting up process of the systems in a lab environment and with continued communication with customer engineering teams.
What does the job involve?
- Technical Documentation Development: Produce, revise, and sustain a diverse range of technical documentation. This includes process documentation, user manuals, help content, system documentation, and knowledge base articles with Lab specifications.
- Product Marketing Documentation: Work with solutions engineers and product teams to create content for white papers, technical reviews, case studies, blogs, and interviews/videos, highlighting expertise, benefits, and offerings, and enhancing customer understanding of our solutions offering.
- Audience-Focused Writing: Craft and adapt documentation to cater to a broad spectrum of users from different domains in system design, possessing varying levels of technical expertise.
- Standardization: Maintain partner-specific repositories to deliver updated documentation. Utilize, update, and implement Content Standards and Templates to ensure consistency in documentation.
- Project Engagement: Actively participate in Lab demonstrations and meetings to grasp technical nuances and stay updated on functional advancements.
- Complex Information Simplification: Expertly translate intricate data into accessible, user-friendly content, effectively clarifying complex concepts.
- Collaborative Involvement: Engage closely with Project Managers, the Customer Engineering Team, and the Leadership team to achieve set objectives and meet expectations.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable to the targeted audience
- A Bachelor’s degree in any electronics-related stream or a minimum of 3 years in technical writing in the semiconductor/electronics industry would be an added advantage.
