  • Training Material Creation, Education, and Continuous Learning: Craft comprehensive training materials, including instructional videos and manuals, to support the ongoing learning and development of the team. Actively engage in training interns and new hires and encourage a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement that aligns with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Platform Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize both client and company platforms with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly, and performance benchmarks are consistently met.
  • Deadline Adherence, Problem-Solving, and Innovation: Uphold the highest standards of punctuality and deadline adherence, recognizing that missed deadlines compromise our commitment to clients and the team’s overall success. Qualification
