Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within the Supply Acquisition Team, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Product Ideation and Success

  • Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment between supply acquisition goals and product development roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to optimize supply acquisition processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing supply acquisition.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including product, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of efforts towards common goals.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education

  • B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within supply acquisition, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
