Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the Supply Acquisition Team, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Product Ideation and Success
- Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment between supply acquisition goals and product development roadmaps.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply acquisition processes to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing supply acquisition.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Ensure alignment and coordination of efforts towards common goals.
Process Optimization
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply acquisition activities.
Identifying and Driving New Opportunities
- Continuously scout for new opportunities to enhance supply acquisition and business growth.
- Develop and propose innovative strategies to tap into new markets and expand the supply base.
- Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new initiatives and drive their implementation.

Qualifications
Education
- B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within supply acquisition, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
