Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, schools, and educational institutions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their evolving needs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated academic excellence with a degree in Commerce or MBA.
- Strong drive and determination to achieve or exceed sales targets, coupled with a passion for the education industry.
- Emerging leadership abilities and a keen interest in motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sharp analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
- Comfortable working autonomously and eager to contribute within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in one or more local languages is a plus.
