Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their evolving needs.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated academic excellence with a degree in Commerce or MBA.
• Strong drive and determination to achieve or exceed sales targets, coupled with a passion for the education industry.
• Emerging leadership abilities and a keen interest in motivating and guiding a sales team.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sharp analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
• Comfortable working autonomously and eager to contribute within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in one or more local languages is a plus.
