The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Indian and US markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in HR tech or SaaS-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian and US markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated stability with a minimum of 3 years in each previous company.
