Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and operations of high-performance web applications.
• Architecting and scaling user and merchant-facing applications to reduce technical debts and improve performance and agility.
• Ensure coding patterns that enable quick development and iterations for UI/UX and provide the necessary engineering expertise & support to ensure on-time delivery of products and mechanisms to measure improvements across incremental changes.

Requirements

• 0-2.5 years of professional experience with frontend development for web applications
• Should be a hands-on technology person with an eye for details and scale.
• Ability to Multi-Task in an ambiguous and very dynamic start-up environment.
• Should be capable of developing applications using multiple stacks.
• Experience with modern web UI frameworks (e. g. React, Angular).
• Should exhibit a strong understanding of fundamental concepts like server-side rendering, caching, different authentication mechanisms, polling, sockets, etc. to ensure technical decisions around frontend development are taken based on sound reasoning to ensure reliability, security, and stability of the apps developed.
